  • You are legally allowed to purchase and consume alcohol

Vintimate does not sell alcohol to minors. Orders placed by individuals under the legal drinking age will be canceled.

3. Products and Availability

All products offered on Vintimate are subject to availability.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and information are accurate. However:

  • Minor variations may occur due to vintage changes
  • Labels and packaging may differ from images
  • Availability may change without prior notice

If a product becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a full refund.

4. Prices

All prices displayed on the website:

  • Are shown in Euros (€)
  • Include applicable taxes (where required)
  • Exclude shipping costs, which are calculated at checkout

Vintimate reserves the right to modify prices at any time. However, the price applied to your order will be the one displayed at the time of purchase.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the total value of your order:

  • Orders under €75: shipping cost €11.95
  • Orders between €75 and €100: shipping cost €5.99
  • Orders over €100: free shipping

Delivery Times

  • Spain: 2–4 business days
  • Other EU countries: 4–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on external factors beyond our control.

8. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.

9. Returns and Refunds

You have the right to return unopened products within the legal withdrawal period applicable in your country.

Returned items must be:

  • Unopened
  • In their original condition
  • Properly packaged

Refunds will be issued once the returned products have been received and inspected.

  • Photos of the damaged items
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Order number

We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
